At present, the call attending ratio stands 95%. The team has Qualified and Trained Engineers,  Technicians, Supervisors & Electrician  who are able to not only install ready made systems but to do 100% customized installations it means at any point of time customer is well aware about the systems and it's wiring, connections. All sales and services staff members are fully equipped with WLL & mobile phone facilities enabling not only the company but the clients too, to trace them easly.  The clients are always provided a training period to make them systems friendly.  R&D department of ours is always busy in developing & sourcing high quality components and products for better  functioning of systems under Indian environment.
